As the name suggests (F.E.E.L.S.- “Forget Everything Else, Let’s Show!), we want to encourage individuals to forget the self-conditioning (i.e. beliefs such as “We cannot draw” and “We are not good at art”) we have acquired throughout life, which we didn’t possess as children, and be proud to showcase and celebrate their emotions.

At F.E.E.L.S., we organize emotion and art-related workshops and talks, build and maintain an expressive online art community, and we are also hosting a free expressive art exhibition on 21-22nd March 2019 to raise awareness of emotional well-being and to break the stigma associated with showing emotions.
